I feel there's a high probability that if you (the listener) don't already know of several in your network as being neurodiverse, a good proportion of them will be and you don't know it.Following on.... there's probably others in your network who are, who don't know it yet.If you can, try to be open with collaborators about neurospicyness. It might help clear up possible conflicts and misunderstandings before they turn into big issues.Find ways to work that work for you. The rest of world may say you should focus on one project at a time - but if that isn't working for you, do something different. Experiment, find your own pattern and stay with that.
