#42. An Era of Confusion

“Inspired” by  the current  lockdown here... Reflecting on the frustration I hear  children expressing  about drifting in and out of schooling in lockdowns... Youth contemplating about their future in today’s world... My students and children in general are very close to my heart. I keep thinking – what I could  do to help them move through these uncertain times... Aware of  the presence of death and grief ... Elders have an important role with young people... When children cannot go to school could it be any  blessing in the situation?... When everyone is confused, could we find the solution within?... Creating a parallel education system that won’t be crashed when things change?... This time invites us to be more creative instead of complaining. ... How could the topic of death be an eye opener...? Death is not skipping anyone after all.... How can  we look at life through other lenses...? What is really important? ... We want children to do what they are good at and what they were born to do and share with the world. Is school going to teach them how to do  it?... Music is very important in the life of every human being. How can we bring more music to the lives of children...? “When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves” - Viktor frankl.
