#42 - Battling PTSD with ret. Navy SEAL Michael "Punky" Higgs

Punky is a former Navy SEAL who retired with the rank of Command Master Chief and spent 30 years in Special Operations. Michael was inadvertently exposed to psychedelic medicines while supporting a teammate with PTSD, which led to his own profound experiences and healing with Ibogaine and 5-MeO-DMT. Michael has served as the Director of Operations for The Mission Within while also functioning as a medicine facilitator and integration specialist. He’s a member and advocate of the Veterans Mental Health Leadership Coalition and is currently the Director of Programs (San Diego) for the Honor Foundation which is a military to civilian transition program for the Special Operations community.
