Today I share an "AH HA" experience ( all you Oprah fans know what I'm talking about) while at the gym, of all places. I have been loving this new thoughts shift and I can't wait to share this concept with you. Many times, our of survival, we have become so dependent on what others think, how others view us and even get motivation to reach goals from others, but not ourselves. In those cases, you will find that you won't stay motivated very long! After divorce, we can find ourselves so busy witnessing what our ex is doing, not doing or who he's doing it with, that we stop becoming the witness to our own life.
