In the second part of this 2 part conversation with Brennen & Donnie Fetner, they further explore their experience raising their son, Micah.  Micah was adopted from Ukraine and has down syndrome and ASD (autism spectrum disorder).  They describe what their daily life is like, and how making this decision has impacted their lives up to this point and will continue into the future.  They discuss challenges, blessings, resources, and frustrations that come with their family structure.  Brennen talks through how her work in IFS (internal family systems) therapy and shadow work have helped her know, understand, and respect herself in a new way, which has also informed her ability to become a better partner and parent, especially to Micah.
