Je m'attendais à un extraverti ; j'ai découvert un introverti qui a choisi l'ombre, qui cite les grands stratèges de l'Histoire et qui parle de son ego avec une franchise désarmante. Son plus grand combat, il le nomme lui-même : ne pas se laisser gouverner par cet ego. C'est, je crois, la discipline la plus difficile qui soit.Ce qui m'a fascinée chez lui, c'est son œil. Il lit ce que les autres ne voient pas encore : un talent, une marque en devenir, un courage endormi et il le nomme jusqu'à le faire exister.
