42. Figuring Out As We Go with Stephanie Betters

from The Kinetic Man: Christ-Centered | Veteran-Focused | Investor-Minded · host The Kinetic Man

"For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control".   - 2 Timothy 1:7 Today we talk with our new friend Stephanie Betters about how she has successfully built multiple businesses while being a full time mom, a wife, and a nurse practicioner. We talk about how her and her husband Zach went from deciding to buy their first live-in fixer upper to now owning a real estate business that buys and sells 200 deals a year, a real estate marketing company, and a CRM software company that oh by the way Stephanie figured out how to code the software herself! Stephanie tells us how she just figures it out as she goes, how they have figured out how to become passive owners of their businesses by hiring and delegating via systems and processes, and how she puts her mind to something and won't give up until it is completed (ie coding an entire CRM platform). Lastly we talk about impact and the different roles that we all play at different times throughout this journey, and surrounding yourself with people that can help you grow.  Connect with Stephanie here: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/stephanie.be...
