#42 - How to Build REAL Confidence - From the Inside Out

from Alignment by Tuva

What if everything you’ve been taught about confidence is wrong? This episode is a ruthless, compassionate dismantling of the idea that confidence comes from mindset, achievement, or “believing in yourself.”Because the truth is:Most people don’t have a confidence problem. They have a safety problem.Confidence isn’t loud.Confidence isn’t a performance.Confidence isn’t hype, affirmations, or being the boldest person in the room.Confidence is what rises naturally when your nervous system stops bracing for impact. When your body stops expecting rejection. When you finally stop abandoning yourself. In this episode, we go deep into:The REAL reason you don’t feel confident (it has nothing to do with your looks, success, or personality)The psychology of safety, attachment & early nervous system imprinting (why your body shuts down when you try to “be confident”)The somatic truth - confidence is a BODY STATE and how your breath, posture, fascia & tone shape your self-expression The 5-Pillar Practice for Building Embodied Confidence (not motivational fluff - actual rewiring)The reframe that will change everything: “Confidence isn’t who you become. It’s who you are when you stop abandoning yourself.”If you’re tired of forcing confidence...If you’re exhausted from performing strength...If you’re ready to feel grounded, safe, present, and powerful in your own body -This episode will meet you exactly where you areand walk you into who you’re meant to be.This is confidence as biology.Confidence as coherence.Confidence as freedom.Connect with Me:Instagram @alignmentbytuvaWebsite www.alignmentbytuva.comYoutube Alignment by Tuva Hosted on Acast. The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation.
