Instagram-@coachwood87 Ryan Wood works as a strength and conditioning coach for SAPT (Strength & Performance Training, Inc.) in Fairfax, Virginia, where he trains clients ranging from 8 years old to their mid-70s. He also works as a teacher for Fairfax County Public Schools, where he teaches Personal Fitness, a strength and conditioning elective course for high school students as well as serves as the head S&C coach for the high school. Ryan has been coaching for over 10 years and has worked with every level of athlete.
