She is  passionate about people, growth and change, and proud to be an advocate and ambassador for the skilled trades.As a Motivational Speaker and Advocate for the skilled trades, Shannon believes it's important to love what you do. It is because of this, we must introduce and educate our young people to all options, allowing them to discover their own strengths and passions. The skilled trades is an unrepresented and misunderstood career choice, yet it provides that ability for someone to THRIVE not just SURVIVE.Shannon shares her story and experiences to help encourage and empower others to follow their own dreams and passions through her social media pages under the name of Lady.Voltz.What we chat about: What can we do to encourage the involvement of more women in the skilled trades industry.
