428 Insights From A Brilliant Webinar On Focus By Nir Eyal

Today I have been experimenting with chunking instead of chipping away at tasks and I reveal how that has gone.  I also mull over a Jordan Peterson quote.  And then I dive deep into the lessons I learnt from a webinar I attended this evening given by Nir Eyal and the folks at Mindvalley.  The title was 4 Keys To "Indestractable" Focus.   It was a glorified (but elegantly done) sales pitch that had some tremendous value.  I took notes and share what I learnt which is why the episode is slightly longer than usual.
