畫說漢字/圖解《說文解字》/1000個漢字的故事/東漢許慎原著避（bì）“避”是个形声兼会意的字，本义是躲避。甲骨文的“避”字，左边是“彳”（chì），表示行走，中间是“人”，右边是“辛”，代表刑具，合起来就表示罪犯逃跑以躲避刑罚。小篆的“避”，字形左边的“彳”变成了“辵”（chuò）是形旁，为行为之义，右边变成了“辟”，作为声旁。“避”字的本义现在还一直沿用，如在国家全力“打假”之际，一些制假商贩都“躲避”起来了。（身戴刑具的罪犯越狱而去，希望能逃避刑罚。）
