#43 Aboriginal American Grand YNGA Chief Pomaj-chakman-yajalaji gives us a history lesson with her journey.

from Your Spiritual Journey · host Bob Dove

Chief Pomaj's (pronounced Po-mi) grandmother taught her respect for the land, for nature, and for all species and that we are all energy, so we never die.  The lessons she learned from her grandmother included how to forage and how to make medicines and tinctures from plants. This knowledge eventually resulted in her founding the Cultural Oasis apothecary in East Liberty 16 years ago. Her interview is also a history lesson in Aboriginal and Native American culture.
