We had the absolute pleasure of talking with Carl Paoli. What started as a conversation based on movement evolved to incorporate life, family, emotion and empathy. He started as a gymnast and found himself working as a subject matter expert in gymnastics for CrossFit HQ. He was based in the crucible that was CrossFit San Francisco working with and developing ideas at a rapid pace with CrossFit OG's Diane Fu, Kelly Starett and Adrian Bozman. Beyond CrossFit, Carl has written a New York Times bestseller in Freestyle Connection. Becoming a member of the Ownership Group of STRIKE MVMNT. Has his own Podcast - The Freestyle Way. To running the INTERFACE Experience, which is a four-week course designed by Carl, dedicated to guiding you towards Self-Mastery by diving deep into Emotional and Mental Fitness practices. And most importantly he is a good human.
