43 - Leanna Haakons

from The Personal Finance Show · host Beau Humphreys

Leanna Haakons grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. She realized early on that if she wanted to make a living for herself that she had to build skills and take advantage of opportunities as they came to her. So it’s no surprise that at the age of 30, she is running her own financial services marketing firm, Blackhawk Financial, and is a best-selling author with her new book Young, Fun and Financially Free. Often we think that we have to sacrifice today to build wealth for the future. And we also think that money management has to be boring and complicated. Leanna wrote her book to help you realize that you can create a wealthy future and still life the good life today. A lot of it has to do with having the right mindset. And it doesn’t have to be so serious! Leanna joined me from Vancouver to tell her personal finance story and how she is able to be Young, Fun and Financially Free. NEXT EPISODE 44 - Tom Kuegler
