Putting yourself in the other person's Reebok's and being close to them to learn more about their humanity, is what relationship - personal and professional - is fundamentally about. In this pod, Meeks explores how those two concepts - including competence and warmth - should show up in the workplace and in romantic relationships. This idea is actually not new, since Biblical scripture says: "Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself" (Phil 2:3).
