My buddy Fred Quartlebaum aka Q is one of the most positive people I’ve ever met. He’s the Director of Men’s Basketball Operations at Kansas University, but how he shows up and contributes is so much more than just that title which he talks about during the episode. We’ve known each other for a year and a half and have never met in person. We were both invited on a weekly positivity video call back in March 2020 right after we went into lockdown. That call helped us both tremendously during that scary and very uncertain time.
