43. Travel Stories: Nepal

In 2014, I bought a one way ticket that ended up being 5 years of nearly full time travel. In these episodes I am going deeper into stories of the places I travelled and how it's all interwoven with my gut-brain, trauma, and nervous system healing journey.  My immersion into these different landscapes, and the people and experiences had along the way have been essential to building my experiential learning and embodied wisdom for the work I am doing now, and the person I am.  This is the first episode in this series from the very beginning of my travels and through one of my favorite places, Nepal.
