43 years of saving lives: Gift of Life CEO on a lifetime as an organ donation trailblazer

You might not know Howard Nathan’s name, but chances are you know his work. He's been in charge of the Gift of Life donor program for decades, he's been working at Gift of Life for 43 years, and now he's retiring. He is incredibly important to the transplant community in Philadelphia, the United States, and around the world -- he's traveled pretty much everywhere to talk about transplantation and how to increase organ donation. Not only did Nathan help make Gift of Life a household name, but he also brought the organ donation conversation to the dinner table, where family members could tell their loved ones their wishes.
