Have you been caught in the trap of needing to be somewhere else? This is what our society has conditioned us to believe. That happiness exist somewhere in the future. It has to be cultivated within the present moment or it will never exist. I want to really ask you, are you deeply present within your life? Or do you feel like you are always needing to get more done, achieve more, be somewhere else? Will happiness ever come if you are always needing to be somewhere else?
