Prior to ModelOp, he was Director of Software Development at Think Big, a Teradata Company for the Americas consulting organization, and responsible for the design of their Analytics Ops framework. Jim has also held technical design and architect positions at Qualtrics, W.J. Bradley Company, and Convasant and was a Distinguished Engineer at Novell. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Psychology from Clarkson University and currently has two patents in his name.
