439 - Fill Churkin from Fill's Lawn Care

In this episode I chat with Fill Churkin from Fill's Lawn Care. Fill shares about his lawn care business journey and how he transitioned first from a 9-5 job to starting his lawn care business, and with encouragement from his wife to start filming himself mowing lawns for his YouTube channel. He quickly discovered his niche video type when his first property transformation video did very well compared to the content he was use to producing. Now about 4 years later he has 3 Youtube channels with 269k, 257k and 35k subscribers respectively, with his average videos getting hundreds of thousands of views, with his best hitting 10 million views. He then decided to step away from a traditional lawn care business model and make the transition to making content creation his primary focus around lawn transformations.
