This week we sit down with John Zaskoda, the production manager for Billy Bob's Texas also known as “The Worlds Largest Honky Tonk.” Located in the Ft. Worth Stockyards, Billy Bob's host some of the biggest names in music entertainment as well as regional acts and up-and-comers. John walks us through what a normal day looks like for both small and big shows.
