44 - New Year Same You

Episode 44 is all about the new year and goals. But, why is this airing in February? I timed this episode out to remind you of what you planned on doing this year but more than likely quit.  Well, that seems harsh! Look, it is nothing personal. It is just statistically likely that you quit. Whether it was get in shape, start your novel or go after your dream job, the vast majority of people will quit within the first few weeks of January.  The issue is, they give up for a whole year and rinse and repeat the same bad pattern. New years goals are dumb. I get why it is significant for people. New Year New You blah blah blah. How about if you slip, you just start over?
