Beginning with her early experiences in childcare, she pursued a career in pediatric physical therapy, which eventually led her to establish Milestone Pediatric Therapy Services. Under her leadership, the business grew to provide comprehensive physical, occupational, speech, and behavioral therapy, driven by a philosophy of collaboration and compassion. After successfully expanding the business to meet increasing demand, Terra sold Milestone to HealthPRO Heritage in 2020 and took on larger leadership roles, overseeing 26 clinics and managing over 100 school contracts nationwide as President of HealthPRO Pediatrics. Throughout her career, she emphasized the importance of building strong connections with both employees and patients, while also facing the challenges of balancing work and family life. After selling her business, Terra decided to focus on her personal well-being and family, now enjoying life in Colorado with her husband and four children. Her story underscores the significance of mentorship, perseverance, and finding a second act that aligns with both personal and professional goals.
