Many of us deeply struggle with condemnation and being hard on ourself. I was so touched this week when John Ortberg talked on his Podcast about us living in a ‘culture of condemnation’—it got me thinking about why so many of us struggle with feelings of insecurity or are so hard on ourselves in general.  I had never thought about how our culture influences us in that way. It was a light bulb moment for me as I process through exploring God’s non-condemning nature towards each of us. There’s hope, you and I are not sentenced to live under the tyranny of condemnation.  Quotes of the week:  “The hardest thing for people to understand about God is His non-condemning nature.”— Dallas Willard “We live in a culture of condemnation”— John Ortberg “Instead of condemning yourself. Bless yourself”—Dallas Willard. Song of the week:  “When Death Was Arrested” North Point Worship // YouTube // Spotify // iTunes // Inspiring Scripture: Romans 8:1 “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus.”  Other mentions: LINK TO SURVEY for the Podcast.  Thank you for your time!
