44 Scottish Serial Killer, Peter Tobin

Well, we're loading up the CAMPER VAN, and going back to Scotland. We haven't been there in a while, but we're covering Peter Tobin. A vagabond serial killer with a thing for young women and girls. He moved around so much that he was hard to catch. He was only convicted of 3 murders, but he is (strongly) suspected of many more. He was also suspected of being Bible John, the Scottish serial killer whose case is unsolved, and authorities still have no clue as to his identity. Tobin was a sick and demented man who confessed to 48 murders, but only did it to taunt authorities. We'll never know how many people he actually killed, but there are quite a few that we're 99.7% sure that he did.
