44. Travel Stories: India

from Trust Your Gut · host Demi Fair

In 2014, I bought a one way ticket that ended up being 5 years of nearly full time travel. In these episodes I am going deeper into stories of the places I travelled and how it's all interwoven with my gut-brain, trauma, and nervous system healing journey.  My immersion into these different landscapes, and the people and experiences had along the way have been essential to building my experiential learning and embodied wisdom for the work I am doing now, and the person I am.  This is the second episode in this series from my three + months in India. I hope these stories, learnings, and connections spark something inside of you on your own journey. You can read some of these stories at my very old blog here.
