#44 What You Need to Know to Deepen Emotional Intimacy with Your Partner

We were overwhelmed by the feedback men shared to our request for insight into what helps them feel safe to open up emotionally. In this episode, we shared some themes of what we heard from them to shed some light on the underlying wounds of Masculine partners. We also shared some underlying wounds that may be activated when expressing Feminine energy so we can begin opening up dialogs to increase intimacy (revealing more of our Feminine energy, whether you’re naturally more Masculine or Feminine). This has a lot to do with how we are socialized and the experiences and way of understanding certain behaviors so feel free to send it to your partner and get curious about each other’s experiences up to this point.
