There's nothing in there P: ladder/rope climber, hanging on, have to speak up w dad and brother, performing E: nothing person. Could have connection w dad through affection but not through knowledge. Too young to know what I wanted. Craving his attention. Dad is all words. 🎓 What I'd like to do differently: Get more comfortable with implicit direct access. Parts of me worry that to the listener, especially newbies, that might not sound like IFS. Maybe we need a disclaimer “warning: what you’re about to hear may not sound like IFS.
