When an injury ended Patrick’s athletic career in college, he wasn’t sure what would come next.  Luckily, he had a friend in a similar position whose dad was there to give them guidance. He took them out to dinner and told them that just because their athletic careers were over didn’t mean their lives were, too.  He helped them get started in real estate investing by setting them up with their first fix and flip.
