Have you ever went to hell and back through a black hole? It sounds pretty miserable, but it's the likely source of what happened to the crew aboard the Event Horizon.  A rescue mission has crew members seek out a spacecraft, assumed to be lost after disappearing through a black hole, as it mysteriously reappears.
