I did a moderate cross fit workout and sweat a lot. and played light tennis. Day2: hard to get up, felt weak, but then once up with electrolytes felt fine and then felt super focused and had less hunger pains around 24-48hrs. Day 3: Due to lack of sleep (my mistake) I felt more distracted, stomach growled 2 hours from breaking. I was def pale and cold, but mind is clear/no headache or light headedness. I could stand fine.
