Is Christianity just a crutch?  Welcome to Worldview Legacy, with Joel Settecase (I don’t actually say my name in this episode, so if you didn’t know me, now you do).  This is a common thing you’ll hear non-Christians say. It’s different from many other objections such as “Can we trust the Bible,” or “Does Christianity contradict science,” because it’s a lot more emotional and less logical. It’s a “soul objection.” The good news is that you can answer soul objections the same way you answer every other challenge to your Christian faith—with a 3-step, presuppositional method that goes straight to the Gospel.  Specifically in this episode, you're going to learn:  How the person accusing Christianity of being a crutch is being arbitrary and inconsistent—and how to point this out.  Why the crutch objection itself makes no sense unless Christianity is true.
