from This Feels Important Hosted by Tory Dube, Kari Keating
It's time for a birthday celebration! Kari is turning 40, and she's been reflecting a lot. In this special episode, Kari shares her top 10 wisdom nuggets in honor of her 40th birthday. While Kari has no problem with aging, 40 is a timestamp, and it's led her to think about the wisdom she would like to pass on to her three boys. This is that wisdom. Stay to the end to hear her one thing above all else - that if you embody this one thing - you will live a beautiful life. Sit back, stay curious, and savor the sharing. Take your time There is knowing beyond knowing It's really fun to suck at stuff Live life integrated Focus on the metrics that matter Let it go Love as hard as you can and keep your heart open We're all going to die Be weird Stay curious ABOUT THIS FEELS IMPORTANT This Feels Important explores the hairy, scary, weird, and sometimes the orgasmic journey of navigating our ever-evolving relationships with self, others, and the world around us. Your hosts, Kari Keating and Tory Dube - along with a lineup of epic guests - open the floor for honest discussions about the taboo feels (sex! money!), the painful feels (miscarriages! divorce! grief!).
