听·360经句四十五【原文】国之所以治者，君明也。其所以乱者，君暗也。君之所以明者，兼听也。其所以暗者，偏信也。是故人君通必兼听，则圣日广矣；庸说偏信，则愚日甚矣。（卷四十四　潜夫论）【白话解释】国家之所以治理得好，是因为君主英明；国家之所以败乱，是因为君主昏庸。君主之所以英明，是因为能广泛听取各方面的意见；君主之所以昏庸，是因为偏听偏信。因此，君主内心通达、广听兼纳，圣德就会日渐扩大；偏信奸佞之言，昏庸愚昧就会与日俱增。
