#45: Rocker Steiner - Bareback Cowboy & Wakeboarding Phenom

Rocker Steiner comes from a rodeo family. His grandfather, Bobby Steiner, is a world champion bull rider, and his father, Sid Steiner, won the Steer Wrestling World Champion title in 2002. But no one ever expected Rocker to get into rodeo. In fact, wake boarding was the sport he took to at a young age.  At just 3 years old, Rocker got on his first board. At age 8, he did his first flip. And the following year, he won the 10-and-under world title.  But one day, his grandfather suggested trying Rocker out on a bucking horse, and as Sid says, "it's been a project ever since."  Now at just 17, Rocker is a rising star in the bareback world. "I want to be a world champion like my grandfather and dad," he says. "I wouldn't be where I am without them. I appreciate that more than they'll ever know."  Visit www.TheCowboyPerspective.com Follow Rocker on Instagram (2:13) - Rocker's background in Rodeo & Wakeboarding (4:21) - Rocker's passion for Wakeboarding (7:17) - Rocker's transition into Bareback riding (10:45) - Do you have any influences in riding?
