452 | What You Care About Is Hard To Hide

In this episode, this is a quick episode on how what we truly care about, what matters to us is evident. Is it time to do a quick inventory of what you say is important and if it is in alignment with your actions and choices? It isn't that you are not capable. Are your choices in full alignment with what you say you care about? I have to refer to a quote from the Harry Potter series, "It is our choices that show us what we truly are, far more than our abilities." In this episode, we discuss: 1) What if you take a quick inventory of what you say is important, what matters most to you and see if it is consistent in your life. Not from the results standpoint but from the actions standpoint. Attach no shame, judgment or criticism, just brutal honesty if you are in alignment or not. 2) The things that matter to you are the things that you are saying yes and no to every single day. It's impossible to hide. And even if you think you are hiding it from others, including yourself, you know deep down you aren't.
