#453: The Love of God | Barry Bennett

True biblical healing is not something we can earn through religious performance. Rather, it flows directly from understanding how much God loves us and how faith operates within that love. Key Takeaways Healing is Already Free: God's grace and salvation (which includes physical healing) have already been made available to everyone. If you are trying to earn healing by listing your good deeds, or if you believe you are disqualified by your past sins, you are blocking the process. You are Accepted: Through Jesus, God has already made you completely "accepted in the beloved". He does not check your credentials or run an interview before He heals you; He acts purely out of compassion. Faith Works Through Love: Faith is activated and brought to life in an environment of love. When you stop focusing on your own shortcomings and simply receive God's love, the pressure is removed, and powerful faith can flow. We Are the Vessels: Healing is not waiting in heaven to swoop down—God has already deposited His love and healing power inside believers. As the body of Christ, we are called to freely give to others the same healing and compassion we have freely received. The Takeaway Get yourself out of the way. Stop trying to work up faith through frustration or formulas, and simply rest in the goodness of God. His love has already provided everything you need. Watch and learn more at: charisbiblecollege.org
