454: There Is No Flaw In You With Danah Gutierrez

from The Tao of Self-Confidence · host Sheena Yap Chan

Danah Gutierrez is the co-founder of Plump.ph.  She is also a body positive advocate, model, and author.  Plump.ph is an advocacy website aiming to raise awareness about everything body positive in the Philippines.  The website has been featured in numerous top publications online and offline across the nation.  Danah loves Jesus, good food, make up artistry, and 90s hip-hop (in that particular order). In fact, she can rap Bone-Thugs-N-Harmony's Tha Crossroads flawlessly. Danah used to be obsessed with her external looks which made her unhappy.  Digging deep and seeing a Bible verse has helped her realized how beautiful she truly inside and out.  This grew confidence and has created a movement to help other women see their own true beauty.   Check out thetaoofselfconfidence.com for show notes of Danah's episode, Danah's website, resources, gifts and so much more.
