Tobias recently wrote the screenplay for Netflix’s film adaptation of the children's fantasy-horror book, “Nightbooks” by author J. A. White. He was born in Germany and grew up outside of the city of Kaiserslautern, attending U.S. Department of Defense Dependents Schools.
