4580 "MY FIANCE DOESN'T TAKE CORONAVIRUS SERIOUSLY!" Freedomain Call In Show Mar 22 2020

Hello Stefan, it’s been an emotionally turbulent week. On Monday, I had to convince my fiancé to postpone our wedding. After a day, she realized it was the right thing to do, but I can’t seem to convince her to stay at home when she wants to get her hair done or go visit her (immuno-compromised) family. We live in [STATE] and she doesn’t think it’s serious. Most people around here don’t. I am purposely staying home and burning my vacation time to do my part at suppressing this. When I speak with her about going out, she says, “I just can’t live like that”. She works from home, but has difficulty doing nothing. Just like everyone else she has to be out in the yard. I have tried explaining how serious this is by comparing having a wedding to wiping out both our families. I am not sure what else to do and I worry about causing more strife between us. I wish she would at least wear gloves or a mask, or carry hand sanitizer or wipes in her car (which we have adequate supplies).---I’ve historically supported abortion but have taken a stance against it - to a degree - thanks to your philosophy and outlook. I am stuck between two positions. I would like to talk to you about ‘equality of opportunity’ in regard to pregnancy, equality of expense management with/without getting an abortion, men’s rights, a sample of abortion statistics, and child support.
