El proyecto que traemos hoy al podcast se llama Shoke, empresa nacida en 1984 en el barrio madrileño de Moratalaz que nació curiosamente como armería, orientada principalmente a profesionales de la seguridad o cuerpos del estado. Actualmente venden miles de sprays de pimienta al mes. Para conocer este sector tan interesante y que nunca había traído al podcast he invitado a Javier Conde, CEO de Shoke, que tuvo que ponerse a los mandos con solo 23 años del negocio con el objetivo de que nos cuente de viva voz cómo funciona este mundo por dentro y por fuera. - Ponerse muy joven y obligatoriamente al cargo del negocio familiar y estar toda la vida aprendiendo sobre seguridad. - Estar 4 años insistiendo para entrar como proveedor certificado de otras empresas - Recorrerse ferias y ver lo que se está vendiendo fuera para importarlo en España. - Que su producto más vendido, el spray de pimienta, no lo pueda vender en Amazon ni pagar por Paypal. - No bajar precios y solo hacer pequeñas promociones discretamente a su comunidad. - Aprender sobre la marcha y tener un almacén de 1.000 metros en el centro de Madrid porque así lo gestiona mejor.
