46 - Beauty of Embodiment: The Possibility

What if beauty was a creation from possibility not from judgment? We don’t have to align with or fight against beauty standards but most of us have at some point. We look in the mirror and all of these thoughts, feelings, and judgments come up. So do you fight them off? Or use them to torture yourself with? Or perhaps make yourself right? What I have learned is that all of these scenarios give those beauty standards power over us and our bodies. I would love to live in a world that embodies another kind of beauty. What if we can create a new world together where your kind of beauty is acknowledged and celebrated. Not from judging it as right or wrong but from true acknowledgment of the gift and beauty you embody.
