46: Joy Kelly of Chapala Gardens Talks About Growing and Eating More Plants!

I found Joy Kelly on Linkedin and was impressed by how active she is there, and when I learned about her rooftop farm I knew I had to have her talk on the podcast. Joy is super passionate about healthy eating, and is doing everything she can to share the message, and I'm here for it all! Joy has a produce growing tower to make growing your own produce almost foolproof, and she gives funding options when you listen. She also shared some incredible stats that you can see her share on my YouTube channel.
