Lauren Botticelli is the Director of Operations at The Animal Pad, a 501c3 Non-profit, all breed dog rescue that’s based in San Diego. They are 100% donation based and volunteer run. They’re actually where we got our dog Summer from! It’s an unbelievable organization who does everything in its power to connect rescued dogs with a loving and caring home where they can thrive. The Animal Pad is super supportive and does a great job of setting dogs and their new families up for success. It was incredibly moving to hear Lauren talk about the joy and fulfillment she receives from volunteering, giving and serving every single day.
