You can’t accomplish anything positive from such a negative state of mind. When you feel this crappy about yourself, it is going to be almost impossible for you to lose weight, you just can’t do it. In this episode, I’m talking about how to break out of this negative mindset. The answer is to love yourself unconditionally, and I’m going to explain how to do it.
