46. Never Waste A Good Trigger!

Between Sam and Gina, a commonly repeated phrase as they spiral higher is "Never waste a good trigger." Triggers are sacred teachers and deeper signs of the unconscious beliefs and stories we hold within us. When we are triggered, it's an opportunity to get CURIOUS rather than shame ourselves for our reaction...which only fuels the same cycle.In this authentic conversation, the hosts share their most recent triggering experience and how it revealed a pattern of wounding that still needed to be understood, held and accepted with love.
