Big, lofty New Year's resolutions are for the birds. Smaller, more specific resolves though? Those are great. For the first episode of 2023, I'm sharing my own personal resolves for the new year, including learning how to do a cat eye, carrying a book and small notebook with me everywhere I go, commenting more on Instagram, honing in my nutrition, and being even MORE unapologetically myself. I also recap my "winter break," and review a bunch of shows and movies including White Lotus, Babylon, The Patient, Jack Ryan, The Banshees of Inisherin, and the Shania Twain documentary. AND I share an incredibly concerning overheard conversation between a couple that is going to keep up at night for the foreseeable future.  Read my blog post about my 2023 resolves here Mentioned in this episode:  Loro Old Monk Terry Black's BBQ Cry Wolf Happy-Go-Lucky by David Sedaris
