He then leapt into technology. working for organisations including Microsoft, PeopleSoft, Polycom, Professional Advantage and Vodafone. He has experienced the wonder that comes from multiple perspectives as his school and work environments were steeped in diversity. Oscar is a curious and systematic executive coach who is driven to make an impact beyond words and generations. Through his focus on Deep Listening, he is working to transform teams and organisations through listening to what's said and more importantly listening to what's unsaid.
